Setting: A bout of wild magic sends the two into an alternate timeline, where the Dark One left the Enchanted Forest with his son centuries ago, the dagger lost, and the world has evolved based on that. Snow's mother and father still live, as does David's brother. Cora is the leader of a rebellion who presently commands the newly returned Ogres. This world's Killian Jones and Milah passed out of time and memory a very long time ago. There is literally no place for either of them here, and a bean would not send them back to their Storybrooke.
